I am a senior health service manager with over 20 years of operational and strategic management experience. I am passionate about the NHS and working in partnership with others to deliver system wide improvement. I have a track record of delivering change and improving performance though engagement with clinicians and managers from both within and outside the organisations in which I have worked. I am highly motivated with a reputation for fixing problems and getting the job done whilst maintaining the respect of colleagues and my personal credibility.
