I am a Chartered Psychologist, Implementation Scientist and Health Services Researcher at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, University of Oxford. I am currently working on digital health projects including evaluating the national rollout of the NHS App in England and evaluating group video (and hybrid) consultations.

My research interests lie in digital health and digital innovations, health psychology, and self-management strategies and support. I am also interested in the part that social networks and social support play in managing a long-term condition, especially Type 1 diabetes and Type 2 diabetes.

I am an experienced mixed methods researcher in diverse healthcare settings, such as in primary care, care in the community, outpatients clinics and voluntary and community groups.
