Christopher Taylor
Biography
I am an acute medical trainee with a passion for improving patient safety through a variety of pathways. My goal is to find a process whereby MedEd/Sim, HFE & HI link with QI & Patient safety strategies.
I started in MedEd with Sim, before developing my interests in non-technical skills and workforce development. This allowed me to develop skills in human factors and ergonomic assessments. My clinical training has allowed me to gain experience in quality improvement and leadership. More recently, I have taken the opportunity to explore Health Informatics through Flexible Portfolio Training.
In addition to this, I am handy with graphic design and an increasing passion for gamification, user-centered design & general usability of healthcare materials.
