I am a System Improvement Project Manager working in a pan regional System Improvement Team across the North East and Yorkshire and the North West.

I work closely with nearly 70 trusts to promote and build capacity and capability in quality improvement.  I work with trusts and their boards to aid them in embedding a continuous improvement culture, I deliver training and development in quality improvement approaches and methodology and my team and I run a variety of large-scale change programmes across the region.

The vision I share with my team is to create a future where improvement is the approach to help NHS organisations to provide safe, high quality compassionate care for patients.
