Last September Q member Carol Dale started as the Royal College of Nursing Scotland Lead Nurse for independent health and social care in Scotland, a newly-created role in the RCN. As part of her brief, Carol has been learning about how independent care nurses are exploring ways to improve pain management, including using digital technology.
