I've been working in health care quality improvement for over 10 years. Working internationally in the Netherlands, New Zealand and in England. My background is a masters degree in Operations, Management and Logistics and I've also acquired a lean coach certificate. I've worked as a management consultant, Improvement advisor and Quality Improvement lead, for advisory firms, improvement and innovation science organisations (Ko Awatea and Haelo), AHSN and now University Hospitals of Leicester.

I've coached improvement teams, designed and delivered training on multiple improvement topics and delivered improvement projects/collaboratives as QI lead. My interests are everything QI related, but given my love for data and numbers, data for improvement and data visualisation are high on my list. Some other buzzwords I'm interested in: Lean, Model for Improvement, innovation management, human factors, capacity and demand.
