Currently working at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS FT as a Senior Improvement Advisor leading our local Lancashire & South Cumbria Flow Coaching Academy programme.
Worked in Quality Improvement since 2016 following completion of my degree working at a variety of organisations since; Haelo, AQuA, Northern Care Alliance NHS Group & University Hospitals of Leicester.
Passionate about all things improvement, delivering safe meaningful care for our patients but also how we can better improve our processes and systems for our staff.
