It’s an interesting area, and for practitioners an area I will be interested to see how it develops. There is quite a nuanced skill in looking at what works and areas for improvement at the same time

Hi all, does anyone have any good critical thinking/analytical exercises that I could work through with my team? I have a team of patient safety reviewers doing incident reviews with a number of new people, looking to do some development around investigation/review skills, particularly around getting to the depth of an issue to identify the learning.
