I have been a doctor for many years and am close to completing my anaesthetic training.

In the more recent years my broader interests include:

• Frailty and the importance in education and risk for individual patient during the perioperative period.
• Safety and the importance in focusing on what we are doing well and gaining confidence, belief and encouragement from that.
• Trainee well being with an emphasis on having perspective on how you do your job.
