I currently work as a Quality Improvement Manager for Integrated Care 24 a provider of Integrated Urgent Care services across Kent, Sussex, Essex and Norwich.
I am passionate about continuous improvement and part of my role is to deliver QI training to various teams including clinical, operational and admin teams. I lead on organisation wide QI projects but also provide support to colleagues in rolling out small and large-scale improvement through the use of QI methodology.
I am non-clinical and in addition to my experience in QI, I have a background in project management, acute contracts and performance management.
Very much interested in sharing and also learning from the vast wealth of knowledge, experience and opportunities the Q community offers.
