Agnes Kiraly

I am an organisational development professional and educator with significant experience in creating and leading organisational development functions in higher education, business and healthcare. I am skilled in enabling organisational change, process management, mentoring, coaching, learning design and facilitation. I have more than 10 years of academic teaching experience.
Through my career I have worked in a number of business areas including leadership and management, quality improvement, business operations, change management, education, learning and development, strategy, project management and delivery.
With a focus on excellent patient/customer experience and improving quality and results, I am able to balance strategic and operational priorities to align organisational development strategy with company goals, values and objectives.
I am a naturally curious, open-minded person, I enjoy exploring new perspectives and solutions. I’m practical, focused and enjoy leading and developing growth in others and seeing the potential in individuals and teams.
