Thanks to you all who fantastically gave prompt feedback on this platform and via email.
I have shared it with my colleagueas – we will also try to test the suggested LSs in our coaching clinics internally and learn more from there. Thank YOU all. Feeling really supported and sharing appreciation. -

Thanks a million Jana! This brings me back to the key principles of LS, really useful – will share with our team and trigger considerations for inclusion in the training

Happy New year SIG LS colleagues!
Here is a kind ask to get your insights on what LS you think are best covered in 30 minute training session for QI Coaches, which include describing the tool and practicing it?
We are developing our internal Coaching QI Training Programme at King’s and trying to select a LS to be taught in a 30 mins…Read more

Might be possible to do a condensed 30minute…Read more

Hi Agnese
One I have used on many occasions which could be condensed to 30min is Triz https://www.liberatingstructures.com/6-making-space-with-triz/

Hi Agnese
I have used spiral journalling with coachees and as part of coaching supervision which you may find helpful in reflecting on own practice or to delve deeper for coachees
Kind Regards

Hi @agneselazzari
My suggestion would be to tell people learning by doing is best for Liberating Structures and jump straight in with two of the most commonly used, and shortest, Liberating Structures:
– Impromptu Networking (2 rounds, 6 mins)
– 1-2-4-All (12 mins)
For the first, perhaps suggest a question like ‘What do you know about LS,…Read more
Hi Agnese,
one for coaching which is really wonderful is Wise Crowds – it will support groups to consider the knowledge in the room and to sustain that problem solving methodology after the coach has left so it’s really powerful.
I also love Triz – if sharing it I’ve found it’s also essential to pair it with a sensemaking piece like 15%…Read more
