Please take a look at our idea to bring DNs and GPNs together to improve opportunities for training, mentorship and hopefully improve retention. Just refining the proposal before the deadline on Wednesday so would welcome any thoughts/feedback please 🙂 https://q.health.org.uk/idea/2024/untapping-the-potential-in-our-primary-community-nursing-workforces/

Hi everyone – please take a look at our Q Exchange idea to reduce harm in older people who are prescribed 10 or more medicines with a focus on reducing medicine waste at the same time and if you like our idea please vote for us 🙂

Excellent and happy to vote for this and help .
I wonder if there will need to be a very simple test of cognitive ability in this group when initiating the discussion and recording it. Mild cognitive impairment is common and may need slightly different tactics ? Also follow up of this angle after deprescribing would be interesting.

I am wondering whether having some pre session reflection materials may offer people that extra time before the session to consider on their own the topic being discussed. I also agree this needs to be a very safe space if we are to bring…Read more
