As the Organisational Development lead for Quality Improvement, I am particularly interested in developing the right culture and capability for improvement to happen. I have worked in the NHS since 1994, initially in a clinical role, but later in Workforce and Organisational Development.

I have developed a small network of trainers, coaches and mentors to ensure the Trust has the internal capability to develop our staff to support the delivery of our strategy.

As an accredited QSIR College Associate, I regularly deliver training to staff across the organisation and support individuals through coaching/mentoring with their improvement projects.
