Transformational change support programme

A fully-funded programme supporting teams working on complex system change

I expect that many of you who are Q members are involved in system level change programmes through your STP or ICS. I work within ACT Academy, hosted by NHS Improvement, and I am writing to let you know that our latest Transformational Change through System Leadership (TCSL) programme, designed to support teams of senior leaders responsible for large scale, system-wide change, is now open for application. This is a fully funded programme.

This programme is open to teams working on any type of complex transformational change within the health and care system. Previous programmes have included a wide range of transformation work, including workforce redesign across an STP area, urgent and emergency care redesign, service integration across multiple organisations and organisational mergers.

The programme consists of three two-day workshops and starts in February 2019. All workshops are to be held in Leicester.

The closing date for applications is 5pm 23 November 2018.

Kind regards,
