Earlier this month, over 50 people attended a workshop to learn about the innovative Liberating Structures (LS) techniques to increase participation and distribute decision-making in teams. It was an action-packed day, where we learned how to use 10 of the 33 methods in the LS repertoire, including Impromptu Networking, Troika Consulting, 1-2-4-all and Discovery and Action Dialogue.
To give those of you that missed out a flavour of the day, we’ve pulled together some materials showcasing the highlights.
We’ve also set up a group space to provide support for people using LS and capture stories of the structures being used in practice.
Finally, a big thank you to the following Q members that helped design and facilitate the day: John Towers, Paul Woodgate, Cleo Butterworth, Claire Jordan, Liz Henderson, Ursula Clarke and Zoe Lord.
