Hey folks, the Philosophy & Ethics SIG is organising another of their fabled discussions, this one around the viability of person-centred care (Sep 12th).

I would love to see Safety-II being brought to that discussion, as the combination of safetys I and II create a more hollistic idea of what safety means, and thus can contribute immensely to a conversation that explores how we address those terms – and even what ‘safety’ or ‘care’ even mean.
