     Dawn Allen, Service Director for Community Hospitals, Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust shared ideas, good practice and innovations in the 7 community hospitals in Gloucestershire.   Her presentation set out frameworks for Quality Improvements and demonstrated person-centred integrated care as well as talent management – supporting and nuturing local staff.  The recording and presentation will be available shortly.
