There is a three half day workshop that focuses on what design looks like if we incorporate systems thinking, complexity and design thinking. The type of work that this refers to is Buurtzorg and Human Learning systems. This is ideally suited to anyone infield in change and service designers who wish to take their skills to a deeper level.
