Hello all. Just to let you know that we are close to the release of our digital QI simulation game. We’ve been working with Focus Games and the Q community to develop an online simulation to help individuals and teams to develop their improvement skills. The idea was born from our frustration that there wasn’t really anything out there that could replicate online the levels of engagement we get in face-to-face learning simulations. The simulation is designed to be integrated with your existing improvement methods, but we think it’s particularly suited to supporting teams to learn about Lean. It’s fundamentally a process improvement challenge, with lots of potential to focus on value and waste, batching, TOC, PDSA, 5S and similar concepts. With our Q Exchange funding we’ve been able to develop an initial version and we’re about to move into the final phase of playtesting it with interested participants.
