    Hi all

    We are currently drafting the agenda for our next CoP session, which takes place on 22 October and will focus on the tricky issue of engaging senior stakeholders and building a business case. Ahead of the session it would be great to hear from you! Please reply to this thread with ideas you can share, challenges you want help with, resources you’ve found helpful, and so on.

    We can bring these into the discussion in a few weeks, but also keen to get the conversation moving here!

      This session has been postponed to 3rd December 10am-12.30pm. We’re sticking with the same topic of “Making the Business Case For Improvement – Engaging Senior Stakeholders”.
