BSR is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join us as Head of Quality Improvement. This is an exciting time to join us to nurture and develop our existing work programmes (including a national clinical audit) but also implement a new QI strategy, using their ideas and expertise. Working closely with members and colleagues they will be a key driver in meeting the Society’s aim to foster excellence in rheumatology.

The ideal candidate will be a leader and manager with a passion for improving patient care. They will have experience in leading quality improvement projects and/or clinical audit and accreditation programmes. We are looking for an excellent communicator and somebody who proactively builds relationships to improve the impact of their projects. They must be adaptable and not only be open to innovation and change but also actively drive development.
