    Hello all, I am wondering if anyone can help me please? Our Trust has recently adopted a Lean approach. We have an aim to build a culture of continuous improvement where staff come to work to do their work and improve their work. We have developed a number of Lean training programmes, one is ‘Lean for Leaders’. We are holding a small celebration event 7th July for cohort 1, we are looking for a key note speaker to talk about their experience of lean, specifically in healthcare. Does anyone have any recommedations please?

      Some suggestions:
      – Dame Marianne Griffiths, Western Sussex
      – Julian Hartley, Leeds Teaching Hospitals
      – Dr Iain Smith, NHS England
      – Dr Joy Furnival, North West Ambulance service
      – David Fillingham (ex AQUA) King’s Fund
      – Alan Martyn NHS Improvement

      The other person who is brilliant, but may be retired now, is Maureen Raine. She’s a Q community member who led the KPO in Tees, Esk & Wear (I think she may be at Bradford?)
      Also, you have your own director of Pharmacy, Dr Chris Green, who is very experienced in Lean.
