Hi all
I’m looking at carrying out a programme evaluation for an initiave called ‘Solid Start’ at ZSFG in San Francisco, which is a programme to promote health equity through integrated care for pregnant people and families with children 0 – 3, including social, legal, mental health and behavioral needs of the most marginaised communites in SF including homeless people, ethnic minorites and victims of IPV.

I’m wondering if anyone had done any similar QI or could point me in the direction of any UK projects that are similar?
