Written before the pandemic but point 9 –‘from working in isolation to working with others/out loud’– seems even more important now. I had a lovely RCT with Camille a couple of weeks ago and by mentioning some work I was doing on remote consultations, we had a great discussion about their impact on clinicians’ and patients’ attention. It definitely broadened out my thinking!
