    Dear Heather – thank you for the invitation. Would love to join the proposed conversation. I really enjoyed reading the book (thanks for the recommendation). Its just a great and practical example of one of the most powerful people in the world finding a way to keep connected with the real life experiences of people. I wonder if this example might be considered by CEO / Chair of the boards of healthcare services – albeit the volume of mail might be a little less! Look forward to our conversation.       What a great idea (apologies I am only responding now!). I would love a chat. Fridays are generally good for me in the afternoon – if you like to suggest some times that might work for you. I can set up a Zoom or CISCOWebEx or MS teams call then we can see each other which would be so much nicer. Really look forward to connecting. By the way are you participating in the network weaving series – starting next week?
