We are running our first QI training session on MS Teams next Thursday and I just wanted to thank the members of this group for providing me with a lot of information, examples and top tips to help make that prospect not quite so scary!! We have been clear that we are running the sessions almost as individual PDSA cycles where we will learn from the session to inform the next one (while apologising to our attendees in our first couple of sessions for using them as guinea pigs!).
