Hi Vardeep and all of you fabulous people.

Vardeep, you enquired about ways of sharing resources. I just wanted to share with you the Pinterest page that we’ve created as part of the E4QI Q Exchange project that you might find useful.

    The link is: https://www.pinterest.co.uk/e4qi/

There are ‘boards’ there for a number of QI related subjects, including training, and I can happily create one for this group if that would be helpful. Anyone can access all of the resources freely from anywhere. Anyone is also able to collaborate and add resources to the board (just let me know if you’d like to be added as a collaborator – mine is andrea.gibbons@tst.nhs.uk). This means the content is truly co-created, accessible and free to use.

I’d encourage you to explore the resources – there are some really great links there, and it’s nice because you can see what the resource looks like.

    Andrea

    • I’d never thought about using Pinterest like this! Thank you!

    • Hi Andrea I’m a lover of Pinterest but have you seen Wakelet? It runs on a similar model in that you pin to select folders but it’s integrated with a load of apps Teams being one so if I see a link on teams I can automatically save in Wakelet. With Wakelet you can also “pin” pdfs, office documents, YouTube etc. Give me a shout if you want to know more. I have to say the more I see the more I love it 💜 to the point it has its own immersive reader that not only reads for you but can translate, break up words, change background colours and fonts.

      • Hi teresa, I would be interested in knowing more about this and any issues with your Trust allowing access ? Thanks Barbara

      • Had never heard of it Teresa – thank you for introducing me to it. I will explore further. Our Trust doesn’t use teams which is rather frustrating but sounds like that interactivity would be incredibly valuable. Really appreciate you flagging it. Andrea

    • We can access Wakelet no problem and as there’s no patient details etc on anything we are saving there’s no issues. All the links are freely available on the web. We are using teams and hoping with integration of apps and O365 we can use the wakelet app through teams too.
