    Hi all

    Finally joined the group and looking forward to this afternoon’s zoom 🙂

    I’m Lou, a QI trainer from Gloucester with an interest in psychology for change since I took part in the NHS Horizons School for Change Agents training 3 or 4 years ago and realising how much more we can be doing in this area and what a gap we currently have.
