I need your help!
I’m delighted that my proposal to the Q Exchange has been shortlisted, but I’m sure there is more to do to strengthen it further.
In a nutshell I want to run a Breakthrough Series Collaborative in one of our new Primary Care Networks with the aim of embedding QI methodology along with trying to tackle one of their health inequalities. BTS collaborative is a tried and tested model of change and I want to see if it can work as well in primary care as it does in other sectors. We certainly haven’t run anything like this in the area I work before but you might have had experience of running something similar.
I’d particularly like to hear from front line GP staff or anyone involved in the leadership of a PCNs, but if that isn’t you I’d still love to hear your thoughts on my proposal.
