Hello LLR Q Members!

Apologies that things have been a little quiet on here up to now; however, I’m hopeful that we’ll start to see a bit of momentum very soon….

Bina Kotecha, our OD Lead, any myself presented this ‘plan on a page’ to the LLR NHS Chief Officers yesterday and it was approved in principle as the Leadership Framework for our LLR health and care system.

It has QI, partnership working and learning as central themes and, as you will see, has an Improvement Knowledge Hub at its core. This is where you come in!

Bina and I will be presenting the Framework to our System Leadership Team at the end of August. If it gets approved there, we’re good to go!
