    I have uploaded a project idea focused on exploring a variety of approaches to reduce secondary care face-to-face consultations in Respiratory Medicine in Gloucestershire.

    I’d be interested to hear any experience of evaluating attitudes of patients and clinicians to alternatives before starting a new service and also how to evaluate during a pilot. Patient and professional experiences, qualitative and quantitative outcomes.

      I’ll pop over and see your idea in full (thanks so much for getting this started) but though I would try and link you with @binitakane who has done great work on respiratory service transformation and change in Greater Manchester all with effective PPI.
